We specialize in the production of traditional smoked salmon of Norwegian origin.


We combine artisanal methods and technology to offer a high-quality product. Our entire smoking process follows time-honored techniques perfected over centuries in Norway, where the salmon is carefully selected from the cold, crystal-clear waters of the Norwegian fjords, renowned for producing nutrient-rich salmon with a unique texture.


The process includes the use of a natural brine of sea salt and sugar, which helps to preserve and enhance the flavors of the salmon, followed by smoking with wood chips (birch or oak) which provides a mild and balanced smoky flavor, preserving the juiciness and texture of the fish.
